Our happiness is influenced by what we do to make ourselves happy or be in good mood. We can choose to do many things to uplift ourselves and other for example laugh, do a good deed, have positive or good mood. Certain Herbs and especially Flowers have been used throughout the ages to uplift mood to help us be happy and positive.
