We have tried several kinds of matcha and usually prepare them by hating water then dissolving the matcha powder. This honey and lemon matcha let’s you skip that heating step and just add the powder straight to water. It blends easily and then I pour it over ice and add almond milk for a matcha latte.
The ingredients are high grade matcha from Japan, special organic lemon powder. I’m giving this 5 stars for ease and convenience of preparation and also for the flavor.
