Use freshly boiled hot water. For maximum benefit leave teabag in cup, gently squeeze to release any remaining extract. Drink as warm as possible. Add honey or sweetener if needed. Drink 1 cup every hour for maximum effectiveness. Suggestion is to stop using Dairy products until you feel well.
